Booth space of your choice (3x2m² or 6x2²) within the exhibition (this is located in the immediate vicinity of the catering area, so all event participants will be present)
Participants included in the stand booking: 2 free participants (Standard Booth) | 4 free participants (Premium Booth)
Event of the pre-event (12 May 2025) directly in the exhibition area - immediate visibility even before the actual start of the symposium
Event template in the design of the Symposium can be customised for you: When booking your stand, you will receive a template (Power Point) that you can use immediately as an email signature, for social media, mailings, etc. for your own advertising. Simply insert your logo and booth number and advertise your participation on LinkedIn (with a link to @prostep ivip Association for even greater reach)! Distribute the template in your company as an email signature and draw attention to your participation with every email - this way you show visibility at an early stage!
Longer breaks during the Symposium for more intensive dialogue within the exhibition - we adapt our presentation times so that participants have enough time to linger in the exhibition and do not move on early for presentations.
Evening event for targeted dialogue: Have you already made initial contact with potential customers during the exhibition? Take advantage of our evening event on 13 May for in-depth discussions!
Event app - present yourself online with a company description, online links and your company's social media contacts. You will receive access after confirming your registration for the exhibitor area.
